About the role
Position: SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports SME Experience: 4 - 6 Years Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Gurgaon Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports SME with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and Story Reports. The candidate should have experience in developing dashboards, reports, and HR analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports and People Analytics solutions. Gather reporting requirements from business and HR stakeholders. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and executive reports using Story Reports. Design cross-module reports across Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules. Build calculated columns, formulas, filters, prompts, and drill-down reports. Validate report data accuracy and consistency. Optimize report performance and usability. Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide production support. Support migration from Canvas, Table, and Ad Hoc Reports to Story Reports. Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams during implementations. Ensure reporting solutions comply with RBP and organizational security standards. Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors release assessments. Prepare reporting documentation and user guides. Conduct user training and mentor junior consultants. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports (People Analytics). Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) embedded in SuccessFactors. Expertise in dashboards, visualizations, calculations, and reporting. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors reporting framework. Experience with Employee Central reporting and cross-module analytics. Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for reporting access. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Experience migrating legacy reports to Story Reports. Knowledge of Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, and HR KPIs. Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BTP. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
