Senior Business Analyst Pay Rate - 38 Hourly Location - Remote C2H
Role Overview
Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team to define requirements, prioritize reporting needs, and maximize business value delivered through each sprint.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities • Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews. • Elicit and document reporting requirements. • Analyze current-state laboratory and regulatory reporting processes. • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business priorities. • Maintain and prioritize the implementation backlog. • Serve as Product Owner Proxy during sprint execution. • Align business requirements with solution design. • Validate reporting outputs and dashboards. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Obtain business stakeholder feedback and approvals.
Mandatory skills: Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline. • 8+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management. • Experience within laboratory operations, quality management, regulatory affairs, or scientific research environments. • Strong knowledge of reporting processes, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. • Experience developing user stories, business process maps, and acceptance criteria. • Familiarity with Agile product management and backlog prioritization. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. • CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
