Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Position:: Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Experience: 6 8 Years Location: PAN India Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Notice Period: Immediate Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA Payroll implementations. Key Responsibilities Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and S/4HANA Payroll solutions. Work on Employee Central (EC) to ECP integration using Point-to-Point (PTP) and Business Integration Builder (BIB). Troubleshoot EC to ECP replication issues. Configure and support payroll posting from ECP to ECC FI or SAP S/4HANA. Conduct client-facing payroll workshops and requirement discussions. Handle payroll incident management and issue resolution. Support Payroll Control Center (PCC) operations. Perform Ad Hoc and Off-Cycle payroll processing. Work on payroll integrations with HRIS, Time, Benefits, and Finance systems. Prepare test plans, test scripts, and perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Identify process improvements and recommend best practices. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Ensure successful delivery of SAP payroll projects within schedule and budget. Required Skills 6–8 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certification is mandatory. Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and S/4HANA Payroll implementations. Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Experience in at least 4 payroll implementations , including Middle East and India payroll. Strong understanding of Middle East Payroll. Experience in auditing at least 3 payroll projects . Experience in a minimum of 3 SAP Payroll support projects . Hands-on experience with PTP, BIB, and EC to ECP replication troubleshooting. Good understanding of ECP and EC concepts and terminology. Experience in payroll posting to ECC FI or SAP S/4HANA. Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC). Knowledge of payroll integration with HRIS, Time, Benefits, and Finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with client stakeholders and senior management. Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business teams. Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to link business requirements with SAP solutions. Passion for SAP and continuous learning. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
