Role Title
Senior Network Support Engineer Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) Role Overview This role is responsible for supporting the design and deployment of CTI platform services and AWS/Azure database services aligned with architectural governance, standards, and policies. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with deployment of complex technical solutions Developing Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and automation Improving reliability, scalability, and efficiency of service implementations Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Core Skills & Experience Programming & Automation Python (2+ years) Ansible (2+ years) Bash/Shell scripting (2+ years) Cloud & DevOps Experience with: AWS DevOps Azure DevOps Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Terraform (2+ years) CI/CD & Tooling Experience with CI/CD tools ( 2+ years ): Git (Bitbucket) Jenkins Ansible Tower Cloud Platforms & Databases Knowledge of AWS and Azure database services Experience with automation and integration across AWS and/or Azure environments DevOps Practices 2+ years of experience working in a DevOps culture Strong focus on: Automation Continuous delivery System reliability Additional Technical Skills Knowledge of Linux operating systems Container technologies Kubernetes Red Hat OpenShift Redis MongoDB SingleStore Core Competencies Effective communication skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
