We're Hiring: Data Engineer (Onsite – Pune, Maharashtra) Are you passionate about building scalable data systems that power AI and ML innovation Our client, Katalyst Technologies is looking for Data Engineers to join their growing team! About the Role As a Data Engineer, you'll design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that fuel AI model training and deployment. You'll work closely with AI Researchers and ML Engineers to ensure data quality, structured preprocessing, and readiness for model development. What You'll Do Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI/ML workflows Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance Collaborate with AI Researchers to prepare and fine-tune datasets Build and manage ETL workflows for data ingestion and transformation Perform feature engineering and validation for high-quality model data Key Skills 0–2 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles Strong in Python (Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and SQL Hands-on experience with Airflow, Luigi, or similar tools Knowledge of ETL design, data versioning (Git), and data quality management Familiarity with LLM, SLM, and BERT model fine-tuning Analytical mindset with a passion for automation and scalability If you're eager to learn, grow, and collaborate in a fast-paced AI environment, we'd love to hear from you!
