At Expleo, we're looking for an experienced Agentic AI Lead to drive the design and delivery of next-generation AI solutions that can reason, plan, collaborate, and act autonomously. If you're passionate about building intelligent multi-agent systems and have hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LLMOps, MLOps, RAG, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and cloud-native AI platforms, we'd love to connect with you! Location: Bangalore/ Chennai Key Responsibilities Multi-Agent Architecture & Leadership Lead the design and development of scalable multi-agent AI workflows and architectures. Mentor and guide a team of Agentic AI Developers, conducting design and code reviews. Define best practices for production-ready AI agent systems. LLMOps & Model Optimization Design and implement model fine-tuning pipelines using PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, and quantization techniques. Optimize model inference, latency, throughput, and cost for production deployments. Implement model evaluation, benchmarking, monitoring, and governance frameworks. MLOps & DevOps Build and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Airflow, or Weights & Biases. Establish CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, experiment tracking, and automated deployments. Deploy and manage AI workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud-native infrastructure. Agent Frameworks & AI Platforms Architect enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications integrated with vector databases. Ensure scalability, observability, fault tolerance, and traceability of AI systems. Backend & Cloud Integration Build AI services using FastAPI, REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems. Deploy AI solutions on GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
