NX Functional Tester

Overview NX Functional Tester responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases for various NX functionalities including Modeling, Drawing, Assembly, Sheetmetal, Routing, and Checkmate. The role ensures that business and technical requirements are met for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases for NX modules such as Modeling, Drawing, Assembly, Sheetmetal, Routing, and Checkmate. Validate that business and technical requirements are met by new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Manage test cases, reporting, and defect tracking using a Test Management tool. Conduct various testing phases including smoke, sanity, regression, system integration, and endtoend testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams. Suggest process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies. Technical Qualifications Handson experience with NX related modules (Modeling, Drawing, Assembly, Sheetmetal, Routing, Checkmate). Knowledge of engineering design concepts related to modeling, drafting, and assembly. Experience with Teamcenter RAC and AWC modules (Change Management, Structure Manager). Desired Skills Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools. Knowledge of PLM processes, workflows, and Teamcenter modules. Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Experience 5+ years in quality assurance and testing. Education BE or equivalent.
