Overview Requirement Positions: Robotic Process Automation Developer Location: Pune Experience: 3-6 years Skills-Mandatory: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, No of Position: 1 Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Preferable Essential skills RPA Tool Expertise Strong hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate Ability to design, build, and deploy automation workflows. Programming & Scripting Knowledge Understanding of at least one programming/scripting language such as: C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript Basic SQL skills for data access and manipulation. Process Analysis & Design Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Proficiency in creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD). Robust understanding of workflow logic, exception handling, and error management. System & Application Knowledge Experience integrating automation with web, desktop, Excel, email, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Familiarity with APIs and data formats (JSON, XML). Testing & Deployment Ability to perform unit testing, UAT support, and manage bot deployment to production. Understanding of version control (Git, SVN) and CI/CD principles.
