As a Front-End Design & Developer Intern, your role will be to bridge the gap between design and code by focusing on UI/UX. You will not only code components but also be responsible for their visual appearance, user experience, and interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement responsive and dynamic web interfaces using React.js and Next.js - Build and manage reusable, scalable components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript - Implement secure authentication, authorization, and session management using tools like JWT, OAuth, or NextAuth.js - Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage state efficiently using tools like Redux, Zustand, or React Context - Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and security - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect UI implementation from design prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD) - Follow version control best practices using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) - Implement security best practices such as input validation, content security policies, and XSS prevention - Continuously monitor and enhance page load speed and Core Web Vitals - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation - Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, or Emotion) Qualifications Required: - Pre-final/final year college students or recent graduates available for a full-time, in-office internship - Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js) - Ability to commute daily to Noida Sector 62 In addition, you will have the opportunity to receive a stipend (to be discussed during the interview), a Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation, and direct mentorship with real-world project ownership.
