About the role
You will be working with the Product & Systems in Bengaluru. This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station). Build to simplify. This role focuses on integrating Exponent s HV stack with OEM buses and fleets, ensuring seamless communication, performance, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead vehicle-level integration of the HV stack (e^pack and e^pump) with OEMs Collaborate with OEM engineering teams for electrical harness design, HV safety, and thermal management Conduct validation testing for power delivery, BMS-HV system communication, and performance benchmarking Support homologation and certification activities Document integration protocols and create technical handover packages for OEMs Requirements: 3+ years in HV systems integration for EVs or heavy vehicles Strong knowledge of high-voltage safety protocols, bus communication, and energy systems Experience with vehicle integration testing, HV architecture, and diagnostic tools Ability to interface directly with OEM engineering teams and resolve cross-functional challenges Understanding of fundamentals and hands on experience on safety related to High Voltage systems is a must What matters: Quality of work Approach towards problem-solving Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
