Careers Product Owner Hyderabad Requirements Role Overview: The Product Owner will serve as a crucial link between product leadership and the development team. You will be responsible for breaking down epics from product leaders into well-defined user stories, ensuring clear communication of product requirements, and collaborating closely with developers throughout the execution process. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the balance between business objectives and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities Translate product epics and high-level requirements into detailed user stories Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clear understanding and execution of stories Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery Facilitate sprint planning, review, and demo meetings Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team Ensure product quality and alignment with business goals Regularly report status updates to stakeholders and leadership Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product release notes Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure execution is rightly done Participate in release planning and coordinate with relevant teams for successful product launches Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers to appropriate stakeholders Who Would Be a Good Fit: Must-have: Software development experience with a strong desire to transition into product management Proficiency in using product management tools like Jira Genuine passion for technology products and innovation Strong attention to detail and ability to create structure in complex environments Excellent project management and communication skills Ability to efficiently handle and complete documentation tasks Should-have: Interest in AI and ML technologies and their applications Experience with or understanding of DevOps or MLOps practices Experience in preparing and delivering status reports to various stakeholders Ability to manage work and coordinate with cross-functional teams Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices Nice-to-have: Prior experience in product management or product ownership roles Familiarity with the healthcare industry in the US Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment and orchestration Experience with data analysis and visualization tools Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
