About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and implementing new designs, optimizing existing user interface designs, and testing for intuitiveness and user experience. Additionally, you will need to understand the business problems and collaborate closely with the UX team to convert wireframes into intuitive visual design experiences. You will work closely with product, business, and design teams to enhance the overall user experience, test UIs and user flows post-development, and present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should align with the design roadmap and be based on your design thinking and fundamental principles such as color theory and visual weight. It is essential to stay updated with the latest industry standards to continually improve your designs.
