About the role
As a Service Delivery Lead in the Technical Engineering role at EY, you will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end operations of support engagement with a minimum experience level of 16-20 years. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing support projects and resources required to support different shifts and on-call coverage as per contract needs - Experience in maintenance, support maintenance, configuration testing, integration, and deployment - Managing key SLAs and KPIs for successful project execution To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and attributes: - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Prior experience in client-facing roles - Familiarity with tools such as Service-now, JIRA, SOAP-UI, Eclipse IDE, SVN, and Jenkins - Proficiency in service management, change management activities, SLAs, and estimator tools - Experience in incident management, problem management, and release management To qualify for this role, you must have knowledge in service management as per ITIL, good communication, and resource management skills.
