Your role extends beyond DigiPay to encompass the full spectrum of global tools and services that EY offers. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, actively listening to their needs and expectations to foster strong relationships. - Collaborate closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document their specific needs for system setup ensuring clarity and precision. - Design and implement strategic plans that are aligned with client payroll calendars, ensuring timely and efficient execution. - Equip clients for transitions in processes and systems, facilitating seamless adaptations to new methodologies. - Cultivate transparent communication with all stakeholders, effectively conveying project objectives, milestones, and updates. - Maintain thorough and organized records of project requirements, design decisions, and user guides to support ongoing reference and training. - Proactively identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to safeguard project success. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualifications of 4 years in payroll technology implementations. - Expertise in managing technology-driven projects from inception to completion. - Proficient in organizing and maintaining essential project documentation. - Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage with diverse audiences. - Skilled in managing relationships with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. - Strong leadership qualities and a solid understanding of business operations. - Proficient in identifying challenges and devising innovative solutions.
