The opportunity Were looking for an Azure Support Engineer with 3.5 to 7 years of experience who can: - You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Azure services and infrastructures, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with business needs. - You will be responsible for promptly troubleshooting Azure-related issues, providing timely and productive solutions. Your key responsibilities - Implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure solutions, which include major services related to compute, storage, network, and security. - Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment processes and top-quality software outputs. - Managing Azure resources, including virtual machines, App services, and Azure SQL databases. - Working on Azure development and designing the infrastructure integrating CI/CD pipelines. - Ensuring the security of the system through the management of access controls, network firewalls, encryption, and similar systems. - Overseeing the execution of disaster recovery and failover strategies, ensuring system robustness and data security. - Addressing and resolving complex problems, leveraging high-level network and system infrastructure knowledge. - Communicating effectively with clients and establishing strategic relationships. - Developing scripts for automating client/server functions to improve current processes and workflows. - Partaking in decisions for future Azure implementations and improvements, providing expert advice based on current trends and the company's needs. - Keeping abreast of all updates and changes in Azur .
