About the role
As an EY GDS Consulting Staff in the GRC Technology EnterpriseGRC Archer team, you will play a crucial role in contributing technically to client engagements and internal projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential business opportunities within existing engagements, escalating them appropriately, and anticipating and identifying risks within projects. You will be expected to execute tasks with increasing autonomy, demonstrate initiative, and support junior colleagues. Your role will also involve ensuring high-quality work that is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with the team on project activities. - Provide support and guidance within the team, ensuring effective communication. - Build and maintain good working relationships with clients. - Manage and monitor the team's delivery of project tasks. - Mentor team members on project execution. - Communicate with clients as needed. - Flexibility to travel to client locations when necessary. - Understand project requirements, assign tasks, and report on progress. - Document project processes and outcomes. - Ensure tasks are completed on schedule. - Uphold quality standards for the project. - Follow EY policies for time and leave management. - Assist the Project Lead in managing project success. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Skills And Attributes For Success: - Archer IRM administrator/implementor/developer - Effective communication, presentation, and team-building skills - Foster teamwork, quality culture and lead by example - Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures. - Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives - Training and mentoring of project resources. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of Archer implementation/Archer managed services and advisory experience in GRC Domain. - Hands-on experience in configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items. - Experience in integrating Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds, APIs, Data Publications. - Knowledge of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management. - B.E/B.Tech. (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience. - Archer 5.x/6.x Certified Security Professional. - Information Security or Risk Management certifications would be add-ons. In addition to your technical expertise, you should have demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management.
