Lead Node Developer with Flutter (Pune)

Roles & - Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and backend services using Node.js. - Own end-to-end application architecture across mobile and backend layers, including UI standards, API design, and key technical decisions. - Build scalable, secure, high-performance Android and iOS applications with reliable Node.js microservices. - Implement clean, intuitive UI following Material Design and Cupertino guidelines. - Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with mobile applications and third-party systems. - Ensure seamless integration with databases, cloud services, and external SDKs. - Drive UI/UX consistency, performance optimization, accessibility, and mobile & - API security best practices. - Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor Flutter and Node.js developers to ensure quality, consistency, and reusability. - Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business-aligned solutions. - Translate business requirements and UX designs into robust, scalable mobile and backend solutions. - Manage mobile app builds, CI/CD pipelines, releases, store submissions, and production support. - Troubleshoot production issues, handle crashes, monitor backend systems, and perform root cause analysis (RCA). - Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and platform security requirements. - Provide strong technical leadership, architectural direction, and continuous mentoring to junior team members. Education - BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Required Experience & - Skills - 7 to 9 years of overall experience in software development, with a strong focus on mobile and backend systems. - Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & - Dart and Node.js. - Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases and data modelling. - Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific behaviours (Android & iOS). - Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). - Strong knowledge of mobile and backend architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, Microservices). - Expertise in REST API design, authentication, authorization, data serialization, and error handling. - Experience with Google cloud platform GCP, containerization, and backend deployments. - Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications) is a plus. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and version control (Git). - Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices (OWASP Mobile & - API). - Exposure to Google Play Store and Apple App Store releases and production support. - Domain experience in General Insurance (health, motor, travel) is a strong advantage.
