As an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM-Senior at EY, you will have the opportunity to utilize your 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including at least 2 years of implementation experience in Fusion SCM. Your role will involve working with modules such as Inventory management, Responsive self-service procurement, purchasing, inventory, costing, warehouse management, and order management. Additionally, experience in Oracle EBS will be considered an advantage. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering and documenting requirements using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies - Maintaining and enhancing Oracle Cloud SCM modules - Conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews and discussions - Mapping client requirements against Oracle Cloud SCM Modules - Interpreting functional requirements and designing solutions from offshore - Handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions - Assisting business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs - Preparing quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases - Conducting trainings and supporting Project Management Office (PMO) Your competencies and skills will be crucial in this role and include: - Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents - Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology - Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge quickly - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Ability to follow well-defined release management processes - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Willingness to engage in client site work/business traveling, possessing a valid passport In terms of education, a Professional / Management Degree is required.
