Shift Timings Rotational, 24 /7 preferred (First Shift: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM IST ; Second Shift: 02:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST ; Night Shift: 10:30 PM to 07:30 AM IST (next day)) Skills - Application Support (example - SAAS), Ticketing system (example - Service Now). Good to have – Development + Support exp, technical person preferred.
