Opportunity Role: SAP BODS Manager (7+ Years) We are looking for an SAP BODS Manager with deep expertise in end to end SAP data migration to lead ECC to S/4HANA and cloud migration programs. The role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management, working across large scale global transformation initiatives. Role & Client Responsibilities Lead end to end SAP data migration workstreams using SAP BODSOwn solution design for complex migration scenarios (ECC S/4HANA, cloud, carve outs)Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers on data migrationDrive migration strategy, approach, sequencing, and cutover planningCollaborate with functional leads, architects, and cross track teamsInterface with onsite leads, program managers, and global delivery teams Review and approve: Migration design documentsBODS architecture and job designsData validation and reconciliation strategiesProactively identify migration risks and define mitigation plansSupport presales activities including:SolutioningEffort estimationTechnical inputs for proposals People & Delivery Responsibilities Manage and mentor BODS developers (junior to senior levels)Assign and monitor work, ensuring quality and adherence to timelinesEstablish and enforce development standards and best practicesConduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical walkthroughsBuild a strong quality driven and ownership focused delivery cultureParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluationsDrive internal capability building, accelerators, and reusable assets Technical Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in SAP data migration with strong BODS focusProven track record of leading multiple end to end migration cycles Expert level knowledge of: SAP BODS architecture, design, and performance optimizationJobs, dataflows, workflows, transformations, and error handling Strong hands on experience with: ECC to S/4HANA data migrationSAP source and target systems Hands on exposure to: S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Fiori Migration Object Modeler)IDOC / BAPI based integrations using BODSAdvanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and issue resolutionFunctional understanding of SAP process areas like Finance, Sales and Distribution, Material Management etc Experience in: BODS installation, configuration, scheduling, and Management ConsoleMigration mock cycles, dress rehearsals, and cutover execution Ability to produce: Migration strategiesTechnical architecturesDetailed effort estimates and plansGood understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices What We Look For Strong technical leadership with hands on credibilityProven ability to manage complex, high volume data migrationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills What We Offer You At EY, well develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class At EY
