In this role we are looking for an experienced SAP S4 CO Manager to join our growing SAP S4 Finance team. As an SAP S/4HANA Controlling Manager you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) within the S/4HANA landscape. This role involves acting as a bridge between financial business stakeholders and technical IT teams, ensuring that controlling processes are scalable, accurate, and aligned with company-wide SAP best practices Your Key Responsibilities Need to work as a manager in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively. Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops to gather requirements and understand the client's business processes Prepare functional gaps analysis by identifying areas where standard SAP CO functionalities need enhancements or customization Handle complex enhancements in CO requirements, ensuring the solution aligns with the client's business requirements Provide guidance and support to end-users during testing, training, and post-go-live phases. Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the senior manager Skills and attributes for success Ideally, youll also Youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
