The Opportunity As an SAP EWM Functional Manager, you will play a key role in leading and delivering end-to-end SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations. You will work closely with clients to design, configure, and optimize warehouse management solutions while driving business transformation and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex engagements, manage teams, and contribute to innovation in SAP supply chain solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of SAP EWM solutions across the full project lifecycle, including presales, design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper-care.Demonstrate strong functional expertise and business process knowledge while driving design discussions and gap analysis in client engagements.Drive successful implementation and delivery of SAP EWM solutions.Configure and customize SAP EWM end to end solutions to align with business requirements and operational objectives.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with a strong focus on quality and excellence.Responsible for preparing Functional specification documents for end-to-end solutions.Design and execute test scripts, perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Create impactful presentations, deliver insights through reports, and conduct end-user training sessions.Maintain high standards of professionalism in client interactions, upholding organizational values and brand reputation.Contribute to internal capability building through active participation in SAP EWM initiatives and innovation efforts.Team management, provide strategic solutions, and drive the workshops. Skills And Attributes For Success Proven experience of delivering complex SAP EWM implementations with strong functional expertise.Broad understanding of warehouse processes across different industries such as Automotive, Retail, Pharma, and Life Sciences, etc.Should have sound knowledge in some of SAP ERP modules such as SD/MM/WM.Knowledge of implementing project in Agile Delivery methodology or SAP Activate methodology.Good to have knowledge of advanced features of SAP EWM (Cartonization, Labour management, MFS, TM integration, Dock Appointment Scheduling, Shipping Cockpit).Good to have knowledge of integration with cross module SAP TM, PM, SD, MM, PP, ATTP, GTS To qualify for the role, candidate must have College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences5+ years of relevant experience as Functional consultant in SAP EWM module. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period.Proficiency with SAP S/4 HANA and EWM.Should have worked on at least 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP EWM.Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high standard of work quality. Support team as a lead and help team deliver by taking care of their challenges and have team built intact.Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP-EWM solutions, from Explore-phase .
