About the role
Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a SAP PM+MOC Manager, where you will be responsible for strong configuration hands-on experience in Plant Maintenance. Your role will involve integration with MM / QM / PP / FICO modules and external applications, as well as in-depth knowledge of SAP PM Master data and transactional activities. You will be expected to plan and execute SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities related to SAP Plant Maintenance and lead the team effectively. Your responsibilities will also include understanding client requirements, providing solutions, configuring the system accordingly, and ensuring the delivery of work products conforming to the client's standards and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Strong configuration hands-on experience in Plant Maintenance. - Integration with MM / QM / PP / FICO modules and external applications. - In-depth knowledge of SAP PM Master data and transactional activities. - Configuration of entire master data, including Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans. - Planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities related to SAP Plant Maintenance. - Leading the team effectively. - Understanding client requirements, providing solutions, functional specifications, and configuring the system accordingly. - Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders, and preventive Maintenance-, Calibration process, Refurbishment Process. - Hands-on experience on SAP PM production support and Functional Testing. - Analyzing functional and technical needs, identifying gaps, and providing alternative solutions. - Creating Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided. - Configuring SAP PM and delivering work products/packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Engineering. - Minimum two e2e Implementation Project experience along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects. - 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP PM+MOC. - Domain experience required. - Strong knowledge of Business Processes and functional/domain knowledge. - Hands-on experience in configuration management of Technical objects. - Experience in Client Facing roles and proven delivery quality under tight project timelines. - Preferred industries: Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Middle-east implementation experience preferred. - Knowledge on ABAP debugging, SAP PM Certification, and Integration Modules like MM / QM / PP / FI-CO will be an added advantage.
