SAP Project Manager Senior

OpportunityWe are looking for an SAP PM Senior Consultant to join the EY GDS TechOps team. The role provides functional support for SAP Plant Maintenance across various regions, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for SAP PM module incidents ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Analyze incidents raised by users and provide solutions.Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.Communicate crossfunctionally; experience in offshore/onsite model.Work with minimal guidance or supervision in a timecritical environment.Manage flexible work hours, including shifts and oncall for critical business requirements.Decisionmaking in optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, ensure team has necessary tools and support, and evaluate performance to meet organizational goals.What You Will DoProvide daytoday application management support for SAP applications, including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management, and problem management as Level 2 or 3 specialist.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and advise on SAP PM solutions and designs.Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides, and test scripts.Ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed timely.Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.Resolve and analyze defects related to PM.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation.Participate in oncall rotation and provide offhour support as needed.Work on shift hours depending on client requirements.QualificationsBachelors degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable experience.3+ years of experience in SAP PM, preferably with global clients, and at least 1 year of implementation experience.Ability to work independently in a timecritical environment.Skills and Attributes for SuccessGood experience in SAP Plant Maintenance activities.Understanding of equipment and functional location structure, maintenance BOMs.Experience in integrating plant maintenance with material management, quality management, and production planning modules.SAP Certification in SAP PM.What We Look ForCommercial acumen, experience, and enthusiasm to learn in a fastmoving environment.Opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals and leading businesses across industries.BenefitsInclusive culture, flexible environment, continuous learning opportunities, mentorship, and a suite of premium benefits including health and wellness packages, rewards, and learning opportunities.
