SAP Retail - Fashion - Senior

Role Overview: As a SAP Retail Senior at EY, you will be responsible for designing and configuring SAP Retail / CAR solutions for digital and retail channels, as well as POS integration. You will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end full cycle implementations of S/4HANA Greenfield / Migration projects, providing your expertise in complex landscapes as a Team Lead. Your role will involve configuration and training in areas such as CAR-POSDTA, Multichannel, Inventory Visibility, SAP IS-Retail, and Store Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and configure SAP IS-Retail programs, including organizational structure, master data, core business processes, data distribution, retail merchandise management, and integration to POS systems - Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, map client objectives, and design product improvements - Support pre-sales engagements and phase 0 assessments - Provide expertise in SAP Retail processes such as promotion management, distribution planning, retail pricing, and merchandise management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively integrate packaged technology solutions to achieve desired business results - Utilize configuration knowledge of ATP, promotion management, drop shipping, and integration with POS and e-Commerce applications - Demonstrate strong integration experience with SAP SD, MM, FI, and CAR module interface points - Stay updated on SAP S/4 HANA projects and work in an Agile environment for innovative solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-7 years of experience in SAP Retail or related retail consulting services engagements - Proven experience in 3-4 end-to-end full cycle implementations of S/4HANA projects as a Team Lead or Retail SME - Extensive knowledge of SAP IS-Retail processes and modules - Ability to multitask, work effectively in a team environment, and convey ideas for challenging scenarios - Experience with Fiori applications and rollout in IS-Retail and S/4 Fashion projects is a plus Company Details: EY is committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
