Your responsibilities will include implementation, upgrade, and extension of existing applications, as well as providing functional and business process expertise on project teams.Key Responsibilities:- Lead design workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, conduct gap analysis, write function specifications, configure, test, and manage cutover activities for SAP and S4 HANA projects- Integrate SAP TM system with other SAP/S4 HANA modules and 3rd party systems- Provide expertise to resolve TM-related client issues and mentor junior team members- Handle complex TM scenarios such as shipper, LSP, and carriers- Work on bid & proposal efforts, define SAP TM scope, and estimate effort for new opportunities- Lead teams in prioritizing work and driving system solutions by articulating business needs effectivelyQualifications Required:- 8 years of experience in SAP and 5 years in implementation, support, and upgrade projects in SAP TM- Good exposure to SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and hands-on experience is advantageous- Degree in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Area- Desired SAP certification on SAP TM- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP and 3 years in SAP TMThe company, EY, aims to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
