SDM-SAP PS with CPM-PPM

Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for SAP PS with CPM/PPM, playing a crucial role in delivering services to the Mercury User Community. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient resolution of production incidents, managing service performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive service delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Possess detailed knowledge of the relevant functional area in SAP, acquired through program delivery and support - Manage the delivery of services to the Mercury user community, including planning and representing break-fixes - Oversee functional resources of the AMS vendor, including resource planning and workload prioritization - Collaborate with stakeholders across the IT Services landscape, focusing on technical integration and interface management - Work closely with GPOs and process leads to develop process-specific portfolios and demand plans - Ensure ongoing awareness of the impact of future program releases and provide input to impact assessments - Analyze service performance data, interpret the results, and validate against user perception - Make informed judgments and take appropriate actions to maintain service quality Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 12 years SAP experience, covering implementation and support - Direct experience in managing complex IT services and supplier management - Strong service management experience with ITILv3 knowledge - Certification in the relevant function area of SAP preferred Additional Details: EY is committed to creating an inclusive work environment and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve a balance between client service and personal priorities.
