Senior Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, integration, deployment, and production support. - Implement Concur Expense and Request modules with ICS integration to SAP S/4HANA. - Analyze client business processes and translate them into scalable functional solution designs. - Design, build, configure, and validate applications based on business requirements. - Work on integration points, middleware, and ICS configurations related to Concur solutions. - Lead discussions with relevant stakeholders and clients related to system design, integration architecture, interface design, and development. - Build and optimize Cognos reports as per business needs. - Create and execute test plans, conduct Unit testing, SIT, and support UAT cycle. - Conduct project kick-off, requirement gathering, detailed design workshops, design discussions, and technical review sessions with client teams. - Manage deliverables, timelines, and milestones ensuring seamless project execution. - Provide hypercare support post go-live and resolve issues within defined SLAs. - Good to have experience with Concur Travel, Detect, Invoice, and App Center integrations. - Strong technical foundation with the ability to support development and unit testing activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree: BE / BTech / MCA / MBA / B. Com / equivalent. - 3 7 years of experience in SAP Concur. - SAP Concur CIP certification Mandatory. - Strong experience in SAP Concur Implementation (Expense & Request), advanced configuration, and integration. - Hands-on experience with ICS integration between SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA / ECC. - Proficiency in creating custom reports using Cognos Reporting. - Knowledge of SAP Concur Travel and Invoice modules (preferred). - Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP Concur Implementations. - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
