Senior Manager Cyber Architecture - OT and Engineering - Infrastructure and Cloud Security

As a Senior Manager in the EY Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for defining, solutioning, integrating, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery quality and drive technology-driven transformation for clients. Your role will involve creating a positive learning culture, coaching junior team members, and managing the wider team for business growth and stakeholder collaborations. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge on maintaining various Network Security, Cloud Security, and Endpoint solutions such as Firewalls, WAF, NAC, and Antivirus. - Provide technical oversight, governance, and leadership for the team. - Manage financial and operational aspects while ensuring collaboration with stakeholders. - Responsible for managing Managed Services (Operations) for Network security, Endpoint, and Cloud systems. - Develop and implement strategies for Infrastructure Security Managed Service stream. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and security solutions. Skills And Attributes For Success: - Serve as a technical security expert for security transformation. - Demonstrate deep technical understanding of architecture and solutioning of infrastructure security components. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Willingness to travel and adapt in a hyper-growth environment. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and drive C-suite level discussions. - Proficient in leveraging creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and various software tools. Qualifications Required: - 14-18 years of experience in Information Technology with specialization in Cyber Security roles. - Strong hands-on experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, and Endpoint solutions. - Expertise in deployment, maintenance, and operations of major network security devices. - Entrepreneurial approach to solving security problems with consultative skills. - Industry-related certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, PRINCE2, or TOGAF would be beneficial.
