As a Risk Consulting Senior specializing in Risk Transformation-EGRC-IT Risk Management at EY, your role involves working as a team lead within IT Risk Management projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Demonstrating the ability to work as a team lead within IT Risk Management (ITRM) projects - Possessing the right attitude towards teaming, ownership, and knowledge sharing - Maintaining transparency in communication with the project team, highlighting risks, and sharing mitigation plans - Visualizing and proposing solutions to customers based on shared requirements - Assisting in preparing reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other parties - Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel - Planning and monitoring project deliverables for the team - Mentoring the project team in executing project deliverables - Providing regular status reports to the project manager and onsite coordinators - Demonstrating flexibility to travel to customer locations or other EY offices as needed - Exhibiting good documentation and communication skills In terms of people responsibilities, you will: - Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for the team - Foster teamwork, quality culture, and lead by example - Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures - Train and mentor project resources and team members Skills and attributes for success in this role include: - 5-9 years of experience in IT Security, Information Security, Cyber Security, or Cloud Security - Experience in IT Audits, IT General Controls, IT Attestation (SOC1/SOC2 Reporting), SOX-ITGC, etc. - Proficiency in working with IT Risk Management frameworks to identify, analyze, mitigate, monitor, and communicate IT risks - Conducting risk assessments for processes, applications, network infrastructure assets, and vendors - Drafting IT/Cyber risk assessment reports, including findings, associated risks, and recommendations - Developing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and creating dashboards for continuous risk monitoring - Experience in conducting IT controls validation and testing, identifying control deficiencies - Developing IT/Information security policies, standards, and procedures - Familiarity with leading industry standards such as NIST-CSF, ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT, PCI-DSS, CSA-CCM, CCSK, ISO27017, etc. - Working knowledge of various cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, etc. - Proficiency in security design concepts and driving discussions for IT risk management with customers Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in conducting awareness training and workshops on IT Risk Management - Track record with a consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization - Experience in delivery of engagements and client management - Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, MBA, MCA, MS, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp.
