As a Business Analyst/P&U-OT/Control Systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) SMR at EY, you will play a crucial role in the delivery excellence management professional team, working on challenging problems and creating next-generation delivery excellence platforms. You will be part of the GDS projects and contribute to offering best-in-class and tailor-made solutions to clients in a globally connected environment. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse, understand, and document client needs from a business perspective to arrive at optimal solutions in OT/Control Systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) - Identify integration needs with in-house/third-party systems and provide detailed information to Solution Architects and the Technical Team - Act as an interface between Client Teams and Technical Team - Explore opportunities for transformation and suggest ideas to be truly digital in the Digital Era Skills And Attributes For Success: - Deliver P&U Sector specific solutions in OT (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) and Control Systems - Demonstrate expert consulting skills and advanced knowledge in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) - Proactive with a solution-oriented mindset and readiness to learn new technologies - People management skills and ability to lead consultancy assignments - Result-oriented, with a focus on team development Qualification Required: To qualify for this role, you must have: - Between 4 to 7 years of experience in OT/CS (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) Implementation/Technical advisory - Strong business analysis skills and command over business process design - Good communication skills and end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction - Relevant product/platform certification would be a plus Good To Have: - Exposure to AMI head-end systems and MDMS in utility environments - Understanding of smart metering data flows and integrations with OMS, ADMS, and CIS - Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in AMI systems Working at EY offers you the opportunity to be part of a global, market-leading team, working with leading businesses across various industries.
