As a Technical Architect within the Private Equity sector team at EY-GDS, you will play a crucial role in helping Private Equity clients address complex business challenges through technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing a portfolio of technical solutions & projects at EY GDS to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies for PE clients - Providing technical solutions and demonstrating expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity - Proficiency in modern programming languages, software development frameworks, and DevOps practices - Experience with ERP, CRM, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), integration, data, and security architectures - Leading the technology, architecture, and design landscape of products/platforms throughout their lifecycle for PE clients - Translating business requirements into architecture blueprints and designs, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams for implementation - Leading the ideation and incubation of new solutions/technologies - Building a world-class technology team focused on various technologies - cloud, big data, GenAI - Driving client conversations, participating in pre-sales activities, and promoting EY value proposition in client organizations - Improving PE sector's engineering capability by evaluating emerging technologies and their applicability to business goals - Anticipating internal and external challenges, recommending improvements, and defining end-to-end management vision aligned with organizational objectives - Identifying strategic links with other functions and geographies, building partnerships, and providing technical leadership and advisory services - Building and consuming reusable functional and technical assets, forecasting, estimations, and cost analysis Education & Experience requirements include a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 15+ years of experience. Graduation from a top college known for computer science is highly advantageous, and experience in management consulting organizations is a significant plus.
