The Opportunity Role Summary Seeking a techno-functional professional with strong expertise in private markets operations, investment lifecycle management, and technology enablement. The role will bridge business and technology teams to support front-to-back private markets processes, drive platform enhancements, improve operating efficiency, and deliver strategic transformation initiatives. Role : Techno-Functional Specialist Private Markets Experience : 15+ Years Domain : Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Hedge Funds Your Key Responsibilities Act as the SME for private markets business processes and supporting technology platforms. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and transformation initiatives. Support end-to-end investment lifecycle activities including deal onboarding, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and investor reporting. Partner with investment, operations, finance, and technology teams to deliver technology solutions. Drive process automation and workflow optimization across private markets operations. Perform functional design, testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support integration of private markets platforms with accounting, data, performance, and reporting systems. Analyze operational issues and recommend scalable technology solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and control framework adherence. Assist with implementation of strategic platforms and operating model transformation initiatives. Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution. Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals. Skills and attributes for success Preferred Technology Experience Experience with one or more of: eFront BlackRock Aladdin Bloomberg Allvue iLEVEL Dynamo Investran State Street platforms Power BI / Tableau SQL and data analysis tools Ideally, youll also A techno-functional professional who combines deep private markets domain knowledge with technology delivery experience and can effectively bridge investment teams, operations functions, and technology organizations to drive scalable business outcomes. What we look for 15+ years of experience in private markets, investment operations, or investment technology. Strong understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Fund-of-Funds operations. Experience across capital calls, distributions, cash management, valuations, commitments, and investment accounting. Hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. Experience working with technology delivery teams in Agile or hybrid environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
