Qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on banking technology. - Hands-on experience working with vendor core banking platforms such as Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Oracle Flexcube, Temenos T24. - Strong expertise in Java (primary), Python/Node.js, SQL, and data modeling. - Experience with cloud and DevOps, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, observability tools and frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, Splunk), and a strong focus on system resilience, monitoring, and SRE practices.
