Our client with a rich legacy of nearly 100 years is into the business of manufacturing Gensets (Both Diesel & Gas), Auto components like Cylinder Liners, Pistons, Heads & Blocks, Crankshafts & Engines (2,3,4 & 6 Cylinder) respectively. As a part of their expansion plans, they are looking for a DGM-SAP for their Satara location Job Title : DGM - SAP Job Location : Satara (MH) Education : BE in Computer Science / IT. No. of Vacancies : 1 Experience: Min. 20 Years of experience in SAP HANA project Management To manage SAP / HANA ERP & other ERP add-on modules effectively to meet business process requirements and support top management with data for business decisions. Division / Department : NH / IT Assisted By : SAP Team / Functional consultants Reporting To : Director /CFO Job Purpose: Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities: 1. Co-ordinate effectively with all ERP users/HODs to ensure effective use of ERP. 2. Must be capable of handling a team of functional consultants in the QMS / FICO / SD / PP / MM / BI/ HR. 3. To be the driver for SAP-MIS and BI, to support management in business design. 4. Managing information, technology and computer system in audits ERP- SAP. 5. Design, develop and implement system policies and procedures for SAP. 6. Guide and Support In -House Software applications development or reconfigurations and software packages supporting SAP. 7. Ensuring timely backups of all data and SAP servers for business continuity. 8. SAP support, Testing and Development. 9. Troubleshooting and issue resolution in SAP transactions. 10. Regular Audits of SAP transactions. 11. Training end users for the existing process as well as for new developments. 12. Issue/ Error analysis and resolution for end users. 13. Testing of various developments in ERP modules. 14. BOM, Routing maintenance and regular support. 15. User manual creation, training and issue identification in current process. 16. Ensure compliance with EOHS, waste management, emergency preparedness & response and sustainability practices.
