AI & Infrastructure Engineer

As an AI & Infrastructure Engineer, your role will involve supporting the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of local AI solutions and Linux servers. Your expertise in AI, specifically LLMs, Linux server administration, and collaboration with business units will be crucial in delivering practical and high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, deploy, and maintain local LLM-based solutions in on-premise or private cloud environments. - Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. - Set up, configure, and maintain Linux servers and related infrastructure. - Collaborate closely with internal teams in Germany to align technical solutions with business needs. - Engage regularly with business departments to evaluate requirements and identify improvement opportunities. - Continuously refine and adapt AI solutions for optimal performance and usability. - Document system architecture, processes, and best practices. Qualifications: - Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). - Practical experience in deploying or maintaining AI systems, whether local or cloud-based. - Experience with Identity and Access Management systems like AD, Azure AD, 2FA, and SSO solutions. - Strong Linux administration skills including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration is a plus. - Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python and Bash. - Possess a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. - Fluency in English, with German language skills considered an advantage.
