Servie: Full time employee Rates: Monthly Location: Bengaluru , India JD: L2 engineer for the following roles - 1. Intune & JAMF Administrator Level 2, Immediate Joiner, preferably based in Bengaluru. 2. M365 and Collaboration (including SharePoint) Level 2, Immediate Joiner, preferably based in Bengaluru. 3. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Administrator Level 2, Immediate Joiner, preferably based in Bengaluru. Pls share your resume Job Description: Responsibilities / Scope for Azure Virtual Desktop Provide steady-state Level 2 (L2) user support for incidents for in scope Services for AVD management issues, including patch management, configuration, compliance, and reporting. Delivering services through a structured operational model to ensure: Optimal performance, Enhanced user productivity.Service Availability, Compliance ReportMonitor AVD infrastructure, performance and availabilityPatch managementPerformance tuning to enhance user productivityEnforce Compliance policies as approved by CustomerReporting Services as agreedUser ExperienceMonitor User Experience from tool provided by Customer.
