Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team and drive the design and implementation of complex systems You will play a key role in architectural decisions and mentoring fellow engineers ",responsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable web applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless user experience Implement backend services using Django to handle API requests and manage application logic Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of quality and improvement Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development through code reviews and pair programming Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, particularly in the fields of cloud computing and data optimization Work with Elasticsearch to implement efficient data retrieval and management strategies for large datasets Utilize PostgreSQL for data storage, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization Integrate TensorFlow for implementing machine learning models to enhance application functionality requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on web technologies Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development, with a solid understanding of state management libraries (eg, Redux or Context API) Experience with Django for building robust backend services and RESTful APIs Familiarity with Elasticsearch for data indexing and search capabilities Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data modeling Experience with TensorFlow or other machine learning frameworks for model deployment and integration Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS for deploying and scaling applications Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders preferred QualificationsExperience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications Experience with automated testing frameworks for both frontend and backend components offersOpportunity to work on challenging global projects with a talented team Flexible work hours and a supportive work environment
