About the role
Key Responsibilities Develop tooling and systems to support trading activities such as derivative pricing, execution algorithms, infrastructure enhancements, and trading product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, traders, quants, and trade operations to deliver high-impact solutions. Solve complex technical problems involving performance, scalability, and data integrity. Contribute to the design and enhancement of innovative trading products, including correlation exotics and volatility pricing models . Implement efficient data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for high-performance trading systems. Participate actively in an agile, iterative development process with rapid prototyping and continuous delivery. Adapt quickly to evolving requirements in a fast-paced trading environment .
