UI/UX Designer Executive Location: kolkata (Salt lake sec v) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 13 Years Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging and functional designs. Key Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve designs.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements 13 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Experience in wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.Knowledge of usability testing and user research is an advantage.Strong communication and collaboration skills.A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.Preferred Skills Experience working with Agile teams.Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Compensation: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
