SAP HCM Testing Consultant (Time & Payroll, ABAP HR) Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 7+ Years Total Experience Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Kolkata Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM CTC: 7–8 Years: Max 30 LPA 8–10 Years: Max 36 LPA 10+ Years: Max 40 LPA Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Testing Consultant with strong exposure to Time Management, Payroll and/or ABAP HR . Candidates with strong SAP HCM Time & Payroll or ABAP experience who are interested in Testing can also be considered. Must-Have Skills SAP HCM experience is mandatory. Strong SAP HCM functional knowledge. Hands-on experience in Time Management and Payroll modules. Experience in SAP HCM Testing . Experience testing complex PCRs, Payroll Schemas and Time/Payroll rule changes . Experience in Report Testing, Interface Testing and Object Testing . Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects . Functional testing experience with RPTIME00 and RPTQTA00 . Strong understanding of Retroactive Payroll Processing . Experience in Regression Testing, SIT and UAT . Experience in defect management, retesting and validation. Hands-on exposure to SAP test automation tools such as TOSCA or equivalent . Strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test strategies for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll. Build and execute test scenarios for Time Evaluation, quota processing, retroactive payroll accounting and Payroll Schema/PCR changes. Test custom ABAP reports, interfaces and objects within the SAP HCM landscape. Perform regression testing for Payroll and Time processes impacted by configuration and development changes. Build and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA or equivalent tools. Log, track and manage defects through resolution. Coordinate with SAP HCM functional and ABAP development teams for defect validation and retesting. Prepare test data for complex Time and Payroll scenarios across multiple payroll areas and personnel subgroups. Execute SIT and support UAT cycles. Maintain test scripts, test results and traceability matrices. Good to Have S/4HANA HCM experience. Fiori / OData testing experience. Experience testing SAP HCM integrations with third-party systems. Experience with collective agreement / union-based configuration testing. SAP HCM Functional Certification. Education BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
