About the role
Description : At FatakPay, quality isn't a checkpoint its a mindset. Were looking for a hands-on QA Lead who can can lead from the front, build strong automation frameworks, and ensure our products scale with zero compromise on quality. What You'll Do : - Lead and mentor the QA team - Drive end-to-end testing strategy - Build & scale Python-based automation frameworks - Own performance testing using JMeter - Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines - Ensure smooth, stable & high-quality releases - Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams - Handle production issues & release validations What You Bring : - 5- 7 years of experience in Software Testing - Strong expertise in Manual & Automation Testing - Hands-on with Python, Selenium, PyTest - Experience in API testing (Postman / Rest Assured) - Strong SQL & database testing skills - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills Description : At FatakPay, quality isn't a checkpoint its a mindset.
