Ltd. is a multinational technology company based in Kochi, focused on building digital products for international markets. Our current product focus is Dancing Drops, a technology-enabled laundry platform serving the Spain market. The platform connects customers, laundry partners, riders, and operations teams through a seamless booking and service management system. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and curious Product Management Intern who is eager to learn how successful digital products are built, improved, and scaled. As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, analyze product challenges, support feature development, conduct testing, and contribute to product execution. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world product management within a fast-paced startup environment and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Product Management. Key Responsibilities Understand customer, business, and operational challenges Analyze app and web user flows to identify areas for improvement Assist in preparing product requirements, user stories, and feature documentation Test new features and report bugs or issues clearly Coordinate with developers, designers, and operations teams Gather, organize, and analyze user and stakeholder feedback Track product enhancements and follow up on action items Support product decision-making through observation, research, and basic data analysis Eligibility Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Candidates from any academic background with a strong interest in Product Management, technology, and startups are welcome to apply Requirements Strong interest in Product Management, technology, and startups Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to understand user needs and think from a customer perspective Comfortable with documentation, testing, customer interactions, and team coordination Willingness to work from our Kochi office Ability to commit to a 6-month internship Immediate joiners preferred Good to Have Basic understanding of mobile applications and web platforms Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion, Figma, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms Interest in startups, marketplaces, logistics, or service-based products Ability to create simple product flows, wireframes, or documentation Internship Details Location: Kochi, Kerala Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office) Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 5,000 12,000 per month (based on skills, performance, and evaluation) Immediate joiners preferred Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship, subject to individual performance and business requirements Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will undergo a practical evaluation designed to assess their product thinking, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and overall fit for the role.
