Key Responsibilities: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities - Set product goals, KPIs, and success metrics for tracking performance - Create and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and manage the product backlog - Lead sprint planning and make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization - Oversee product development from concept to launch - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Engineering - Communicate product updates, plans, and progress to stakeholders and leadership - Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to improve products - Develop go-to-market strategies and create product documentation and training materials - Monitor product performance, user behavior, and feedback to make continuous improvements Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in Product Management - Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment - Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and technical teams - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities - Technical aptitude to translate business requirements into product solutions - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, ProductBoard, or similar - Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, analytics platforms) - Experience in software/technology/digital products preferred - Experience in Corporate Travel domain is an added advantage - MBA or advanced degree is a plus Additional Company Details: FCM offers a range of employee benefits and perks including competitive market salary, career advancement opportunities, and training courses for professional growth.
