About the role
As a Junior Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting product development, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting senior product managers in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Contributing to aligning product initiatives with business goals and customer needs. - Collecting and analyzing customer requirements, market trends, and competitor insights. - Translating scientific and healthcare knowledge into actionable product features. - Assisting in backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization of features. - Writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product documentation. - Working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver product features. - Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely product releases and updates. - Tracking product performance metrics and preparing reports for leadership. - Providing insights to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction. - Supporting product launches, training sessions, and stakeholder communication. - Assisting in preparing product presentations, demos, and marketing collateral. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA with knowledge or exposure to domains such as Biopharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Information Technology preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Biopharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related scientific fields. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Desired skills and interests that would be beneficial for this role: - Interest in healthcare technology, biopharma innovations, or IT-driven product solutions. - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms. - Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into product features. - Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior product management role.
