About the role
Preferred candidate profile: Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support decision-making. Strong skills in designing intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate insights and tell a clear business story. Proven capability in analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across business functions. Experience in handling periodic and ad-hoc reporting requests , working closely with stakeholders and business teams. Strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with agreed business definitions and metrics . Minimum 24 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role. Hands-on experience with Power BI , including data modelling, basic DAX, report development, and publishing. Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Solid understanding of business processes, KPIs, and performance metrics . Proven experience in working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
