Asia IT DC COE Network Manager

Role Overview: As part of the Asia IT Delivery Center expansion plan, Ferrero is seeking an IT Network & Security Specialist to be based in Pune (Ferrero India HO). The focus will be on delivering top-notch IT solutions to enhance customer experiences. The specialist will report to the IT Network CoE Manager in Europe and the Asia IT Delivery Center Manager in India. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, deploying, and maintaining Network & IT Security infrastructure in the Asia IT Delivery Center - Supporting Network projects and infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, and continuous evolution - Assisting Service Managers in budget tracking and monitoring related to Network projects and services - Providing 3rd level support for network security architecture, including firewalls, unified threat management, load balancers, web application firewall, and VPN technology - Analyzing and troubleshooting network architectures (WAN, LAN, Firewalling) and recommending improvements - Collaborating with CyberSecurity team to address security incidents and mitigate risks - Defining and applying proper Firewall rulesets and ensuring periodic review - Designing, deploying, and evolving Cloud Network infrastructure Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Networks - 7-15 years of experience in Network & IT Security - Specific knowledge in designing and deploying Network and IT-Security infrastructure services - Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and configuring network architectures - Ability to provide top-tier support for fault identification, isolation, and resolution - Strong documentation skills for network projects and support cases study - Collaboration with Project Managers and CyberSecurity team for seamless operations - Proficiency in defining and applying Firewall rulesets and cloud network infrastructure design Additional Company Details: Ferrero is a family-owned company with a global outlook and iconic brands like Nutella, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher, and Kinder.
