About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a front-end leaning to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading a comprehensive architectural overhaul of our human-blended AI coaching platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building sophisticated AI/agentic workflows, UI/UX design, and scalable backend systems. Working closely with the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for driving the development of a next-generation platform that combines AI, structured coaching, and human support seamlessly. Your expertise will help us rebuild and scale our platform, ensuring a polished user experience across web and mobile interfaces. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative AI integrations, orchestrate complex prompt flows, and develop reusable components that set new standards in the industry. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies, along with a strong understanding of AI integration frameworks. Key qualifications include proficiency in React, TypeScript, and front-end optimization techniques, complemented by extensive experience with Node.js for server API development and session management. Proven expertise in building and deploying AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and orchestration frameworks is essential. Strong Python development skills, particularly with Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs, are required. Experience with Expo or React Native for mobile application development is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of creating reusable, scalable components, and thrive in fast-paced, high-agency environments. Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to operate with autonomy are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Lead the front-end architecture and UI/UX implementation to deliver a highly polished and intuitive user experience. Rebuild and scale backend APIs, session management systems, and user routing layers to support platform growth. Design and implement AI/agentic components, managing complex prompt flows and structured coaching frameworks. Integrate proprietary IP, company data, and personality assessments to enable highly personalized coaching advice. Develop and maintain a seamless human-blended AI handoff system, allowing real-time transitions to human coaches. Support enterprise features such as mid-conversation human support requests and video call scheduling. Create and deploy cross-platform mobile elements and administrative interfaces for platform management. Iterate rapidly on product features, balancing speed with robust and scalable design patterns. Define and implement reusable component patterns across the entire application stack to ensure consistency and efficiency. Act as a core driver of the engineering roadmap, operating with high autonomy and engaging in proactive communication with stakeholders.
