Role Overview We are seeking highly experienced Pega Solution Architects with strong expertise in Pega Constellation architecture to lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. The role involves defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across implementation. Key Responsibilities Define and architect end-to-end Pega solutions using Constellation framework Lead design of case management workflows, UI architecture, integrations, and business rules Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, performance standards, and best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals Drive architecture governance, code quality, and design reviews Participate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes and solution planning Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions Required Skills & Experience 9+ years overall IT experience with 7 8+ years in Pega development/architecture Strong expertise in Pega PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) Extensive hands-on experience in: Enterprise Case Management & Workflow Design UI architecture (preferably Constellation) Integration design (REST/SOAP, APIs, external systems) Business rules, decisioning, and data modeling Strong understanding of Pega architecture, frameworks, and application design patterns Proficiency in SQL and database concepts Experience leading delivery in Agile environments Certifications (Mandatory) Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Preferred Core Competencies Strong solution design and architecture skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive delivery excellence Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset Preferred Skills Experience with Pega Constellation UI framework Exposure to performance tuning and guardrail compliance Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD in Pega ecosystem Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
