About the Role: We are looking for passionate college graduates to join our QA Academy program. This role is designed to build strong foundations in Quality Engineering, Test Automation and Agile delivery. You will be trained and mentored by senior professionals to work on live projects and modern QA tools. Responsibilities: Learn and assist in the design and execution of manual and automated test cases under supervision. Develop a clear understanding of SDLC , STLC and Agile development processes. Participate in peer learning, team discussions, and technical training sessions. Collaborate with senior SDETs and developers to ensure timely and quality product delivery. Document and report test results, defects, and improvements clearly and accurately. Basic exposure to automation tools like Selenium and Pytest , with familiarity in API testing using Postman and REST APIs . Proficient in using Git/GitHub for version control and keen interest in exploring AI-driven testing tools . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (recent graduate). Good programming knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, frameworks, and technologies .
